Delete your Neonix account

You can delete your Neonix account and everything stored with it. There are two ways, and both end the same way: the account is gone from our server for good.

From inside the game — the quickest way

Open Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete my data and confirm. It happens immediately, and you do not have to tell us anything or wait for a reply.

Without the game installed

If you have uninstalled Neonix, write to neonix@atomicmail.io from any address and tell us your public code — the one that looks like Pau#0042, shown in Settings ▸ Account and next to your name on the leaderboard.

If you do not know your code, tell us the nickname you played under and roughly when you last played, and we will find it. We may ask you something only the owner of that account would know, so that nobody can delete someone else's game.

We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your nickname and public code, your colour and what you had equipped, your credits, experience, level, items, ranking points, daily streak and last-played date, and the link to your Google Play Games profile if you had one — the whole account file.	Nothing that identifies you. Anonymous totals that never mentioned you in the first place (how many matches were played, for instance) are not affected, because there is nothing in them to delete.

Deletion is immediate on our side and cannot be undone: there is no copy to restore from. If you keep playing afterwards, the game gives you a brand-new empty account, exactly as if you had just installed it.
